1st EVER PSWA “Virtual” St. David’s Day Celebration!
(Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Sant) Sunday, February 28th, 2021, 3:00PM Put on a daffodil or leek, grab a cuppa, and join us for a traditional Welsh celebration with music, poetry, song, and fellowship. *Have your hymnals handy! Request that a link be sent to you at: membership@pugetsoundwelsh.org Traditionally, the first of March is given to celebrating not only St. David (Dewi Sant), the Patron Saint of Wales, but also Welsh culture. “Be joyful, and keep your faith and your creed. Do the little things that you have seen me do and heard about. Volunteering for the Puget Sound Welsh Association: We are a group only by our individual generosity and personal commitment. We count on your support for our events. for St. Davids Day we will need donations of Welsh cakes and cookies; flower arrangers; ticket takers; help with room set up and clean up; kitchen help; raffle basket donations; program layout, greeting, etc.
We are looking For Co-Editor of the Y Ddolen/Newsletter. Need a general knowledge of formatting and good writing skills. We provide the content, you edit and format our newsletter ready for email and printed mail distribution. We take care of the printing and mailing for paper and electronic copies.
Four newsletters are published each year in January, April, July, and October. Y Ddolen is an essential part of our organization and we would be so appreciative to find someone who can do this job – even just one or two issues each year!
